Healthy is my goal, skinny might be a bonus :) MY GOALS/PROGRESS20 year old college student. This blog will mostly be dedicated to showing you how I am doing it day by day (food and workouts). I know a lot of blog posts pictures of food and workout routines but I want to show you exactly what I do so that you can see the real results &decide what you want to eat or how you want to work out to achieve similar results. I'm not an expert, I'm just trying things out so please be nice<3 PS None of these pictures are mine unless it is what I eat or it says "thatfitspoblog" on it. I work at Starbucks (that's why I eat so much of it LOL)

One egg on toast with some mayonnaise, brown rice with salsa, and milk. :)
